Our initial consultation via phone, over the internet or in our office is without obligation. Designing the most valued rooms in a residence requires a relationship that works for all parties. On a job consultation in Las Vegas, It was mentioned that completing a kitchen project with a client is not a brief encounter. The relationship is like courtship and marriage, it takes some time, lots of communication, friendship and then commitment. We want to be sure we are comfortable with our clients and they are comfortable with us before we take on a design of Gold or Platinum.

Bronze 3-D Visual Portfolio                       
This package includes 3-D computer visualization for one area of study, such as a kitchen and surrounding area. It includes a series of perspective views and elevations of the study area as drawn in its original layout. This portfolio includes a short critique of the study area strengths and weakness without proposing new design ideas or revisions.

Silver 3-D Design Portfolio

Professional custom kitchen design favorite. This package includes 3-D computer visualization for one area of study. It includes a series of perspective views and elevations of the study area as drawn in its original layout. This portfolio includes a short critique of the study area strengths and weakness and includes exploring up to (2) design alternatives (specific design solutions to create residential space that is firm, functional and delightful to you our client). This includes perspectives, elevations and 3-D computer models as needed.                                 Package Price $520

Gold 3-D Design Portfolio
This is our most popular design portfolio. It includes 3-D computer visualization for a home. The study areas include each room of interest. It includes a series of perspective views and elevations of the home as drawn in its original layout. It includes a room-by-room critique of strengths and weakness and includes exploring up to four (4) design alternatives with perspectives, elevations and a movie (3-D walk-through) as required to convey design concepts, ideas and solutions to our client and the project build team. This includes on site consultation(s) as needed.

Platinum 3-D Design Portfolio
This is the portfolio for a finely detailed “Grand Villa”. It includes 3-D computer visualization for a single residence with as many revisions and critiques as one desires. Architectural design plans and specifications are prepared to detail each room. It includes a room-by-room critique of strengths and weakness and includes consultation with all of the related trades involved in completing a residence. This portfolio includes job site inspections and consultation and requires Architectural Design to have job site management authority in the execution of work relating to the Design Plans and Specifications provided.
